What boat are we sailing?

J24 Yachts

Used for 1 Day and 2-day Skills Courses, Our fleet of j24 yachts despite their modest size of only 24 feet host a crew of 5 taking up key positions of the boat, Helm, main sheet trimmer, pit, mast, and bowman. This provides the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes in all positions and build a solid foundation of the fundamentals of sailing. Learn to work in unison with your crew to get the most out of the boat.

For our Spinnaker & Racing Skills courses, the j24 means you can push your limits that bit further, practice mastering the kite by learning to jibe the spinnaker, peel from sail to sail, and conquer a course with bragging rights intact! The J/24 was designed to fulfil the diverse needs of recreational sailors such as cruising, one-design racing, day sailing, and handicap racing. The class has more than 5,500 boat worldwide and is the world’s most popular one-design keelboat.
